Ordering Information

 


Pet Meds Store is an online shopping cart where you can complete your order and payment online. Once the order has been placed, and payment received in full, we will ship the pet medications out to you - usually on the same day!

Here is a run-down of the steps to complete an order with us:

 

 

  1. In the top navigation bar, select your preferred payment currency. We currently accept the following major currencies: US Dollar, Canadian Dollar, British Pound, and Euros. The website will automatically update its price depending on your preferred currency. Your payment will also be processed in this currency.
  2. Browse by Category or Search for the pet mediciation that your pet needs.
  3. Once you have located the item that you want to buy, click on the 'BUY' button.
  4. Now you can review your shopping basket, or choose to continue shopping. If you are happy with your cart and ready to continue, click the 'CHECKOUT' button.
  5. If you are an existing customer, login with the account that has been previously setup. If you do not have an account with us, click on the button to proceed with the checkout as a new customer.
  6. If you are a new customer, please enter in your personal details and your shipping details. Make sure these details are correct before confirming the order! Now you have an option of creating an account with us. It is highly recommended that you create an account, such that we can keep in touch with you and we may even give out discount coupons periodically. Also if you decide to purchase from us again your details will be kept on record so you won't need to re-enter them in again!
  7. Now the order has been created and you will be requested to proceed with the payment
  8. You will be redirected to our payment gateway to process the payment. Currently, our payment gateway is PayPal and you have the option of paying via Credit Card, or via your existing PayPal account (optional).
  9. Once the payment has been received we will pack your order and ship it out to you! This usually takes between 5 to 10 working days.

Where Do We Ship?

 

We ship world-wide, to Canada, the UK, Europe, and the US. We are based in Sydney Australia so please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Some products may be sourced outside of Australia and may be shipped from our facilities from the Far East (Asia), depending on inventory or availability.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

We charge the same flat fee for shipping regardless of destination or number of items. The Flat Fee is $4.95 per order.

We are now offering FREE SHIPPING for orders in excess of $150 US dollars.

Remember to select your preferred currency from the top navigation drop-down menu. The prices on the website will reflect your preferred currency and we can process the payment in your preferred currency - this avoids hefty currency conversion fees on your side!

 

How Do I Make Payment? Is it safe?

Use your debit card, credit card or bank account without revealing your number. This is because we are partnering with PayPal, so you can process your payment over PayPal's secure pages. You don't even need to be a PayPal account holder to make payment.

PayPal will automatically provide Pet Meds Store a notification once the payment has been successful, so that none of your personal financial details are ever transmitted or stored on our servers.
